When FitTrend imports your data from a service, it saves a copy of the data in your journal. Currently, FitTrend only reads data from a service. Therefore, it cannot permanently delete imported data since it does not write changes to a service’s servers. However, it will remove the Journal Card from your Journal.

However, the Journal Card will return in certain circumstances:
- Import manually while viewing a specific day in your journal
- If you run an import from the FitTrend Connect Manager
- If you run an import from Journal > Options when the removed entry is from the current calendar day.
Permanently Delete Imported Data #
Since FitTrend only reads data from services, removing the data from the service’s website or app will resolve the problem.
- For Fitbit, remove the entry from the Fitbit mobile app
- For Garmin, remove the entry from the Garmin Connect mobile app
- For Polar, remove the entry from the Polar Flow website or mobile app
- For Wahoo Fitness, remove the entry from the Wahoo mobile app
- For Withings, remove the entry from the Health Mate mobile app or website
Once the entry is deleted from the service, FitTrend will no longer import it into your Journal. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, please contact FitTrend.
