Please contact FitTrend when you’re experiencing a problem or have feedback on how we can improve. Contacting us is easy, and you do it while logged into FitTrend. However, please check to see if your question has already been answered. FitTrend maintains answers to our community’s questions in our FAQ.
You can open the contact interface by clicking the following icon anywhere in FitTrend:

When tapped or clicked, it will open the Contact FitTrend screen:

After typing your message, click Send Message to send it to the FitTrend Team. Typically, we will respond within several hours, but it could take up to 24 hours, depending on the nature of your message.
Tips to consider when you contact FitTrend #
When providing feedback about new features or changes to how we currently do things, describe in detail what you want to see and how it would work. Here are some examples:
- “I’d like to see support for CompanyX Smartwatches, and I want to see my workouts in my journal.”
- “I would like to track my daily mood in my journal and see how my mood has been over time.”
- “I don’t understand how FeatureX works. It would be better if it would work like Y instead.”
If you are experiencing a problem in FitTrend, then try to describe the issue as best as you can. This will help us resolve the problem quickly. Here are some examples:
- “I can’t click the gear icon when I’m on the calendar screen. It doesn’t work when I go to my journal after saving new gear.”
- “For some reason, I can’t click import after enabling the CompanyX service.”
- “No matter what I do, I cannot click ButtonX on ScreenY.”
Overall, being clear and providing as much detail as possible will help resolve the issue quickly or provide a clear picture of your idea in the case of feedback.
