The FitTrend Journal tracks your activities, notes, sleep, weight, and more. You can manually add entries or automatically import data from one of our supported services. Clicking or tapping the < will go back one week, and > will go forward one week. Clicking or tapping the << will go back one month, and >> will go forward one month. Clicking or tapping the month and year will open a menu to jump to a specific month and year.

Journal Cards #

If you click or tap on any day, you will either see the existing cards for that day or a menu to add new cards to your journal. You can also customize the kinds of entries you wish to track in your account settings.

Clicking or tapping an existing entry will let you edit its details or permanently delete it.

FitTrend Journal Options #

Clicking or tapping the Customize option from the menu will toggle whether the entries reflect your followers’ time, distance, number of activities per day, or total likes. Additionally, you can trigger an import for any active supported service. However, FitTrend will trigger imports automatically.

Set Goals #

Clicking or tapping on the tabs will show your progress based on the time specified in the tab name.

Clicking or tapping anywhere below the tabs will open a menu to allow you to set your weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.

Customize Overview #

The overview shows a summary of all your journal entries. You can click or tap anywhere in the overview to customize it.

When you customize your overview, you can show the categories most important to you and hide those that aren’t.
