Body Mass Index Calculator (BMI) provides a measurement for what is normal or desirable for a person of his or her height. This BMI calculator is suitable for ages 2 and up.

 

Daily Calorie Calculator (BMR) is based on the Harris-Benedict Principle. Individuals can use this calculator to estimate the daily calorie requirements for their basal metabolic rate (BMR).

 

Target Heart Rate Calculator (THR) can be used to quickly determine a target heart rate based on your individual fitness goals. Two methods are available. A standard method based on age and the Karvonen Method based on age and RHR.
