Overview

The concept behind FitTrend is to provide runners with a mean to record and track their runs. Of all interfaces in FitTrend, adding and managing your runs and races will be the most utilized.

On the right hand side of this screen, you will see a summary of your last 10 runs and races. This summary will be available no matter which run or races you are currently viewing or managing.

Adding Runs

You can add a new run to your calendar by clicking the Add Run hyperlink from the Main Menu of your Journal,

In this interface, you will be able to specify all the information for this run. Once you have entered the information, click the Save button to add this run to your Journal Calendar

This icon represents a run.

Clicking the Add Run or Add Race buttons will clear any information entered. Clicking the Journal button will return you  to your Journal Calendar.

Editing Runs

Simply click the information to the right of the run icon on your Journal Calendar to edit a run. You can also edit a run by clicking one of the last 10 runs from the Add Run or Edit Run interface.

Once you have modified the desired information, you can click the Update button to save the changes to your Journal Calendar.

Note

Clicking the Add Run or Add Race button will clear any information entered in any of the fields. However, it will not delete the existing run. You have to edit a run and then click the Delete button to permanently remove it.

Clicking the Journal button to return to your Journal Calendar.

Deleting Runs

Simply click the information to the right of the run icon on your Journal Calendar to delete a run.

To delete the run, click the Delete button

Warning

Once a run is deleted, it cannot be restored unless it is created again.
