Overview

Activities represent some other form of exercise like walking, tennis, and baseball. Runners commonly refer to these activities as cross training. However, you may want to record your recent whitewater rafting trip, or your weekend fishing or golfing. FitTrend has over 100 activities to choose from.

On the right hand side of the Activity Manager, you will see a summary of your last 10 activities. This summary will be available no matter which cross training activity you are currently viewing or managing.

Adding Activities

You can add a new activity to your calendar by clicking the Add Activity hyperlink from the Main Menu of your Journal,

In the Activity Manager, you will be able to specify all the information for this activity. Once you have entered the information, click the Save button to add this activity to your Journal Calendar. If you leave the calories field blank, FitTrend will automatically calculate the total calories based on the activity and duration. Each activity in FitTrend has a different icon to represent it.

Clicking the New Activity button will clear any information entered. Clicking the Journal button will return you  to your Journal Calendar.

Editing Activities

Simply click the information to the right of the activity icon on your Journal Calendar to edit an activity.

Once you have modified the desired information, you can click the Update button to save the changes to your Journal Calendar.

Note

Clicking the New Activity button will clear any information entered in any of the fields. However, it will not delete the existing activity You have to edit an activity and then click the Delete button to permanently remove it.

Clicking the Journal button to return to your Journal Calendar.

Deleting Activities

Simply click the information to the right of the activity icon on your Journal Calendar to delete an activity.

To delete the activity, click the Delete button

Warning

Once an activity is deleted, it cannot be restored unless it is created again.
