Using Help

There are several key features in the online help library that will assist you in locating the desired information.

At the top of the page are three hyperlinks. These hyperlinks are known as quick links.

FitTrend.com will re-direct you to our FitTrend.com corporate website. Contact Us will take you to our main contact form where you can send us questions and comments. The Table of Contents link will re-direct you back to the top page of the Online Help Library.

The navigation bar provides you with a method to quickly jump between topics.

Under the bar, you will locate links that indicate where you are within the online documentation. Each topic and section are separated by an arrow (->). At anytime you can move up one topic by clicking a hyperlink to the left of the current topic. In the example screen capture above, you are in the Journal Tab topic. To move up one topic to the FitTrend topic, simply click FITTREND. This method allows you to jump back more then one topic if desired. However, you can click the icon to go up one topic. In the example screen capture above, clicking FITTREND or the icon will go to the same page.

The additional area box, located in the right margin, will contain links to sections and other topics discussed in the current page selected.

By clicking any of these topics listed in the Also See section, you will leave the current page and be re-directed to the topic you have clicked. By clicking a link in the Topics section, you will be re-directed to the topic on the current page.

The remaining area contains the information about the topic of this page. At any time you can return to the top of the page by clicking the icon. At the bottom of most pages, you will find a link that will guide you to the next topic.
