One of the advantages of FitTrend’s Journal is that you get a bird’s eye view of an entire month of activities. In our quest to give you as much information as possible, we’ve added the ability to see how much time and distance from your activities on any given week.
The last day of your workout week, whether it ends on a Saturday or Sunday, will summarize the total number of miles (or kilometers depending on your profile settings) and time spent in activities. If you only add activities based on time, only time will be displayed in your weekly summary. The same concept applies for workouts where users record only distance.
This feature will also be helpful for those individuals who set their training based on weekly time and distance goals.
